Can’t say enough about this entire group and staff. I did careful research and looked at reviews, consulted several firms and after Speaking with Ali I felt AAA was the way to go. Everyone was extremely professional and responsive in the process, this was my first time making any type of legal claim so naturally I had a lot of questions. They answered every single one and never made me feel like I was being annoying or irritating. If I called and the person I wanted to speak to wasn’t available they always made a call back within 48hrs or less. The insurance company that I made a claim towards paid me $4k for “pain and suffering” and made promises to cover my medical bills from when their driver t-boned me last year. When it came time to actually cover the bills they refused. As of this morning, I received my deposit from the settlement of over $30k. Would not have been possible without God first, then Ali, Haley, Carmen, and the rest of the AAA staff. If you’ve been in an auto accident in Atlanta and feel you have a right to a claim, I would HIGHLY recommend the Auto Accident Attorneys Group!

Wow! What warm and friendly service! I called this morning to inquire about having this firm represent me in a property damage claim. Although his firm doesn't handle my type of claim, Mr. Salimi took my call and walked me through the claims process and gave me names of people to talk to . Car accidents, quite possibly the single most inconvenienceing thing you can have happen to you.The Auto Accident Attorneys and especially Gwen have made this entire experience as stress free as it possibly could. Gwen was very understanding of all my questions throughout the process and always took the time to explain my options. I never once felt like I was just another case # and always felt I had someone out there who made sure I wasn't being taken advantage of.
